What is a Therapeutic Book Club?
Therapeutic Book Clubs are a form of "soft" therapy. This is a transformative yet gentle way to explore higher self-awareness and personal growth through reading in a supportive group setting. The club is led by a practicing counselling psychologist. Together we will read and discuss powerful works that delve into psychological, philosophical, and existential themes such as: freedom, choice, responsibility, meaning, life and death.
Join me to find meaning and connection through the wisdom of literature.
3 Good Reasons to Join
Feel free
You are welcome to join and participate only in the discussions of the books that interest you. There are no recurrent payments.
"Me" Time
Reading is like a meditation. It helps to relax, disconnect from worries, focus on the present moment, and turn our attention inward.
Inner growth
We read about others but we discover ourselves. Every minute spent reading is an investment in personal growth. Each book opens a new window to the world.
